Ambit is a London-based 96 page literary and art magazine that features poetry, prose and art. Started in 1959 by the London paediatrician Dr Martin Bax, the magazine helped discover and establish Edwin Brock, Carol Ann Duffy, J.G. Ballard, Eduardo Paolozzi, William Burroughs, Fleur Adcock, Liz Berry and Sir Peter Blake among others.

The Hospital Rooms 20 x 20 Fundraiser at Elephant West raises money for their upcoming projects in locked mental health units in 2020. Artists have donated original artworks of 20x20cm that will be sold anonymously for £50 each during the evening. All proceeds will go towards Hospital Rooms’ 2020 programme.
